If you find the same product you purchased for a lower price on a different site before or within 30 days of your purchase, you'll be eligible to be covered by our Low-Price Guarantee. 

The product must be of the same packaging, coloring, etc..., and manufacturer (for example Kate Aspen or Fasioncraft) and not a cheap knock-off or counterfeit.  Also the item must be in stock and not be part of a sale, liquidation, or closeout and cannot be a first-time promotion or coupon sale.  Items sold on auction sites and free-selling sites such as Ebay and Craigs List do not count.  Also, the product must also be verifiable on the internet or printed catalog or advertisement and must be current. 

If the item meets those requirements, we will refund the difference between the total price of the order.  For example, if your order total with us was $200 (plus S&H), and a competitor charged $190 (plus S&H) for that same order, your total refund would be $10. 

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.  Crown Bridal reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our requirements.
