Ordering with us is very simple! To place an order online, please add the product you're interested in into your shopping cart and use our secure checkout system. Each of our wedding favors and accessories are superbly manufactured and is designed to satisfy today's trends in wedding fashion. We are certain that you’ll be satisfied with are wide range of wedding favors, bridal gifts, and accessories. However, we understand that for whatever reason you may be unsatisfied with the product. Here at Crown Bridal we don't want you to worry about receiving a product you don't like. Weddings can be stressful enough and we won't add to it! Also, we know that you demand perfection for your special day, and we want to give you that in our products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at returns@crownbridal within 30 days of receiving the product and you’ll be refunded in full so long as the product is unused and undamaged.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Even if you don’t have a reason to return an item, that’s okay! There’s no risk when ordering from Crown Bridal!

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. You will get a full refund of the purchase price of the item less shipping costs. We cannot refund you on your order’s shipping and handling. The items must be in the same condition when purchased and be shipped back in the original or similar packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the return address.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on edible items and personalized items.

Returns have no restocking fee. We don't believe in charging unnecessary exorbitant fees for returns. We don't want you to have anything holding you back if you need to return something.

To request a refund, please send an email to returns@crownbridal.com with the following information:

Your first and last name
Order Number
Item(s) ordered
A Brief reason for the return

We will then issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions on where to ship the item. Please do not ship the item to the return address on the box. There are a couple different locations returns will be shipped to. You must receive a RMA# in order to get a refund. Returns without a RMA# will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.

Upon receiving the return we will credit your account within 72 hours and send a confirmation email.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a payment method for a quick, safe, and easy transaction. Before you send payment please email us with your order or give us a call and we'll give you the total amount due with shipping costs. Please note that your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.

Delivery Time

Most items are shipped within 6 business days, but some can be as soon as 1-2 business days. Some of the product description pages will have more detailed shipping time estimates. If an item is not in stock or on backorder, it will be labeled as such on the product page. If the item has just gone out of stock and was not reflected on our site, you will be notified immediately by email.

Shipping

We use UPS to ship our products. We believe they offer the best service, especially for larger packages. From our experience they offer timely and reliable service. If you want to rush delivery your item, please let us know. We can 2nd Day or Next Day Air it to you for an additional cost.

We also can ship USPS to APO and FPO addresses.

We are also able to ship to Canada, but there will be an additional fee for customs and duty taxes.

We are also very happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but shipping will extra. We will notify you if shipping will be over $60 on a given order.

At this point we are not able to ship internationally. However, if you really need an order or would like to purchase in bulk, email us at support@crownbridal.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
